I wanted to say Congratulations to our good friends Danny & Amy, on the birth of their son, Spencer Preston. He is so tiny and precious!!
Sweet family!
I have not held a little baby in soooo long!
Look how little Spencer looks in David's arms!
Here are some recent pictures of the kids swimming.
They would swim all day every day if they could. They love to swim!!
I also took this the same day the kids were swimming...just beautiful!!
Yesterday we took Meggy and Bud to the dentist to get their teeth cleaned. This was Bud's first official visit for a cleaning. Last year he had to see a pediatric dentist because his two top front teeth got caught on the netting of our trampoline and became loose so he had to wear a splint (almost like braces) on the front top four teeth for about six to eight weeks. He did great with it so I knew when it came time for his first cleaning that he would do fine.
Ms. Shelly was letting him play with a glove.

All clean..NO cavities!! YAY!!
Dr. Tom and Bud.
After Bud's teeth were cleaned it was Meggy's turn. I didn't take pictures of hers being cleaned because this was her third visit. Unfortunately we did find out that she has a cavity. :( It was a shock to me because she hasn't mentioned anything about her tooth hurting. When she went last year she had no cavities (they only require yearly visits up until age 6, then it goes to every six months), but I was bummed yesterday because we make sure they brush their teeth. Dental hygiene is very important, but anyway, apparently her particular cavity is what he called a 'rapid decay' meaning it decays quickly and sadly for her it has also affected her root and nerve. She will have to have a root canal tomorrow morning at 10:00a at the same pediatric dentist I mentioned earlier for Bud. SO PLEASE PRAY FOR HER and us tomorrow. I know she is going to be scared and I'm sure it is going to hurt. She knows she has a cavity and we've just told her that the dentist will have to put her tooth asleep and fix it.
Sweet picture!!
Ok, that's it for the updates for now. :) Please remember to keep Meggy in your prayers tomorrow and for her quick recovery!!

Dr. Jones!!! I miss him. I went to him from age 3 to 24. It was strange to go to someone new when we moved to St.Louis. I also don't think I've ever been to someone as good or as nice.
