I just wanted to say Happy Father's Day to:
1)my heavenly Father, for loving me unconditionally, never leaving me and for sending His only Son to die for me. I love you Lord.
2)to David, the father of our four precious blessings. You are a good looking, hard working, fun loving and funny husband and father. We are blessed to have you in our life. How boring our lives would be if you were not in it! Thank you Lord for this man you brought into my life. I love him more than he knows!
3)to my dad, Mack. Thank you for your love. Thank you for showing us how to be positive, fight and be strong even when circumstances beyond our control invade your life. I love you dad.
4)to my brother, Steven. Even though we don't see each other very much, you are my brother and I love you. I'm so thankful for G & M. They are precious. :)

Partaay Time
We have had two baseball parties to attend and the boys had a lot of fun!
Boogie was soo happy to play "bay-ball" this year! He loved it! I wanted to make sure he didn't miss his party because I had a MAJOR MOM FAIL two weeks before the party.
Boogie's last game was on a Saturday at 12:00p....OR SO I THOUGHT. We got ready and headed up to the ball park with the whole family and bat bag and fully dressed in our mom and dad team shirts etc. Got up to the ballpark and ran into one of the ladies that helps to run the league that we have become friends with. She said "What are ya'll doing here?" and David said "M-------, has a game at 12:00p" and she looked at him funny and said "No, his game was at 9:00 this morning". I'm sorry WHAT?? I could have totally died! I felt soo horrible but I swore my calendar said 12:00p. Boogie was so sad that he missed his game. He kept saying, "When do I get to play in my bay-ball game?" I had to tell him that we missed it. We ended up staying for another teams game, but it wasn't the same. I had to fight back the tears all day knowing *I* had messed up somehow. The look in his eyes was heartbreaking. The first thing I did when we got home was check my calendar and SURE ENOUGH it said 9:00a. UGH!! MOM FAIL!!!

Please Pray
Please pray for my friends, Scott and Celeste and their family, Joy, and their mom, Cindy as they grieve the loss of their dad/husband, Mickey. Mr. H was in good health and all of a sudden had an episode at his house during his sleep about a week ago. The Dr.'s think he had a blood clot in his brain that dissolved before the paramedics reached the hospital. Mr. H passed away last night. I cannot imagine what they are going through but please pray for peace and comfort that can only come from our Heavenly Father.
Thank you.
Thank you.
'Til Summer Comes Around
HAHA and to think that we haven't even hit "summer" break yet. Like I said, we have had lots of busyness going on around here since school let out. If it's not swimming, it's going to the library or running errands or attending baseball parties x 2, birthday parties etc, etc, etc. I'm glad to be busy though. Sooo glad to have my babies home for the summer! Too bad it will all slip away soo soon and we'll be getting ready for school time again before we know it. Here's a few pics of our life lately.
May 22 we celebrated our little Pudgie's 1st birthday. Can you believe he's 1 years old already? We sure can't. What a blessing he is to us!
Granny came to hang out with us that day!

May 23rd we celebrated Mimi's 8th birthday. What happened to the beautiful baby girl I once had? She's growing up into a beautiful young lady and that's way too fast for me!

Pudgie's 1 year old pics that I took. Not professional but good enough for me! :)

The weekend after MiMi & Pudgie's birthday, we had a Luau themed birthday party! It was so fun! The kids had a blast!

SMASH CAKE!!

The hula girls!

Love this picture! Such a daddy's girl!

Lovin' every minute of it!!!

Bath time!

All fresh and clean thanks to my Granny! Smilin' with my Papa!

Thanks to all of our family and friends who came to celebrate! Despite the thunderstorm that was going on outside, lots of fun and fellowship was being had on the inside!!

Tea Cups
Since school has let out, we have been going non stop it seems like. I'll hopefully be able to catch up here soon!
I do want to say CONGRATULATIONS to friends of ours that have had babies recently!
Faith and Grady and their new little one, LuElla Rose
Allison and Greg and their new little one, Sadie Jane
Courtney and Matt and their new little one, Charles Matthew
We are so happy for all of you!! :)
This is a story that was sent to me in e-mail and I just love it! Please take a minute and read it.
~The Teacup~
There was a couple who took a trip to England to shop in a beautiful antique store to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. They both liked antiques and pottery, especially teacups. Spotting an exceptional cup, they asked, "May we see that? We've never seen a cup quite so beautiful."
As the lady handed it to them, suddenly the teacup spoke. "You don't understand. I have not always been a teacup. There was a time when I was just a lump of red clay. My master took me and rolled me...pounded and patted me over & over & I yelled out, "Don't do that...I don't like it!"
Then, WHAM! I was placed on a spinning wheel and suddenly I was spun around and around and around. 'Stop it! I'm getting dizzy! I'm going to be sick!" I screamed. But the master only nodded and said quietly: "Not yet!"
He spun me and poked and prodded and bent me out of shape to suit him and then....... he put me in the oven. I never felt such heat. I yelled & knocked & pounded at the door. "Help! Get me out of here!" I could see him through the opening & I could read his lips as he shook his head from side to side, "Not yet!"
When I thought I couldn't bear it another minute, the door opened. He carefully took me out & put me on the shelf, & I began to cool. Oh, that felt so good! "Ah, this is much better," I thought. But, after I cooled, he picked me up & he brushed & painted me all over. The fumes were horrible. I thought I would gag. "Oh, please, Stop it...Stop it!" I cried. He only shook his head & said, "Not yet!"
Then suddenly he put me back in the oven. Only it was not like the first one. This was twice as hot & I just knew I would suffocate. I begged. I pleaded. I screamed. I cried. I was convinced I would never make it. I was ready to give up. Just then the door opened & he took me out & again placed me on the shelf, where I cooled & waited...& waited, wondering, "What's he going to do to me next?"
An hour later he handed me a mirror & said, "Look at you." And I did. I said, "That's not me...that couldn't be me. It's beautiful. I'm beautiful!" Quietly he spoke, "I want you to remember, and then he said, I know it hurt to be rolled & pounded & patted, but had I just left you alone, you'd have dried up. I know it made you dizzy to spin around the wheel, but if I had stopped, you would have crumbled. I know it hurt & it was hot & disagreeable in the oven, but if I hadn't put you there, you would have cracked. I know the fumes were bad when I brushed & painted you all over, but if I hadn't done that, you never would have hardened. You would not have had any color in your life. If I hadn't put you back in that second oven, you wouldn't have survived for long because the hardness would not have held. Now you are a finished product. Now you are what I had in mind when I 1st began with you."
The moral of this story is: God sees the bigger picture. He is the Potter & we are His clay. He is molding us & making us & exposing us to just enough pressures of just the right kinds that we may be made into a flawless piece of work to fulfill His good, pleasing & perfect will.
Hope each of you are having a blessed day! :)
