Bud had his Christmas program and did such a great job. Last year, all he did was cross his arms and have a pouty look on his face. This year he sang and really participated. I was sooo glad!
Bud also had a Christmas party at school. The parties are always fun to plan and the kids seem to enjoy them.

Sweet Bud
Mischievous Bud..he was supposed to be coloring his craft(reindeer magnet) brown and instead was coloring his nose brown....silly Bud!
David has been working a lot this month due to service requirement enforcement, which means he works 10 hour days 13 days in a row before he gets an off day. So Allison and I loaded up the kids and headed to Georgia for my cousin Rachel's wedding. It was beautiful and she was beautiful! We decided at the last minute to come home that same day too so it made for a 10 hour trip. Long but totally worth it!

Allison, Mr. & Mrs. Jace and Rachel, and me.
Jace is an awesome artist and painted this portrait of Rachel for my aunt and uncle.
He then surprised Rachel with this beautiful piece of artwork on the day of their wedding. My pictures don't do justice to the detailing and beautifulness of his work.
They are a precious couple and we wish them nothing but a lifetime of happiness! Congratulations Jace and Rachel!! :)
During this time of the month, I usually bake alot of goodies to have for Christmas, but because of all the busyness I didn't have the time or the energy so the kids and I decided just to only make some Christmas cookies.
Before they were decorated and we seemed to have made alot!
Decorating the cookies...I ran out of red food coloring so I attempted to make some red by mixing yellow and orange together, but it only seemed to make a dark orange, so some of our cookies have orange on them, but we'll just pretend it's red..ok?
Boogs was only interested in playing in the sprinkles.
This was after they were decorated and there seems to be a good number of cookies missing...HHMMMMMM....I think David was the culprit! Cookie Bandit!!
Allison and I are both on Facebook and I am sooo glad. We have been able to catch up with people we haven't seen or talked to in years. One of those special people was our best friend that we had when we were little and growing up in Mobile. We looked for her on Facebook and she was on there. Her and her husband live up north and come through our city on the way down to Mobile for Christmas. We had the opportunity to meet for lunch one day and it was so much fun catching up with her. We haven't see her in probably 20 or more years!

We really enjoyed being able to visit with her and her family and we hope to make this an annual event!!
