Smiles

Today is such a beautiful day! My three M&M's & I went to the park with one of my best friends and her three children and had a picnic lunch. Of course I was the bad mom and swung by Mickey D's to fill up my babies with their ever so nutritional meals of cheeseburgers and nuggets ,but I did choose a small side salad for my lunch with some sliced apples so at least one of us was eating healthy. But we'll just pass on from that...it was a lot of fun! I was able to visit with her while the kids all played along with each other. I enjoyed the adult conversation even though we talked alot about babies. What a blessing it is to be able to sit and enjoy a friends company. I'm so thankful to have her in my life. There are many people who don't have good friends to be able to share things with..that makes me sad. So the next time you see someone who looks lonely just smile at them and it just might make their day. You never know what may be going on at home with that person and maybe a smile or simple "hello" may make all the difference in that person's life for the day! So to whoever may be reading this..I'm sending *SMILES* your way! :)
