I know this may not be a big deal to some, but if you have been keeping up with my Boogie's speech delay then you would understand why I am excited!! I had gotten up this morning and fixed the kids breakfast but didn't have time to make me anything, so after I dropped Bud off at school, I swung by Chick-fil-a to get me a little something to eat. As we were driving around the drive thru, Boogs saw their infamous cow and said "Loo mama(he doesn't say the "k"), a tow(sounds like cow)" and so I said "that's right Boogs, what does a cow say?" and he said like normal "oooooo" so I started emphasizing the "m" sound and then the "oo" sound and then put them together and he did it!! He said "MOOOO"!! YAYAYAYAYAY!!! I can't tell you enough how excited I am to hear that!! And so now every time I ask him what a cow says, he says "MOOOOO"!!!! :) I'm thrilled!! :)

Oh, I am SO happy for you Amanda!! It is so exciting when we get to see something "click" in their little minds to understand something they haven't understood before. It must be even more so when you've waited and worked so long to help it click! Maybe this will be the beginning of many more break-throughs!
